Shipping policy

Shipping Coverage: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Shipping Costs:
- Orders totaling $90.00 or more: Free standard shipping
- Orders under $90.00: Flat rate of $10.00
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All prices include applicable taxes; no additional tax will be added at checkout.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Delivery Timeframe: Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days. Total delivery time from order placement is typically 4 to 8 business days, depending on your location and when your order is placed.
Carriers: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or regional carriers based on your location and package specifications. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Order Tracking: Track your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking information typically updates within 24 hours of shipment.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Order Cancellation:
- Before shipment: Cancellation may be possible depending on order status. Contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee cancellation if processing has begun.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. You may refuse delivery or follow our standard return process upon receipt.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon delivery. If items arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@furniturearc.com with your order number and photos of the damage or error. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include replacement, refund, or other appropriate solutions. Return shipping for damaged or incorrect items will be covered by us.
Delivery Delays: While we work with reliable carriers, occasional delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We are not liable for carrier delays beyond our control but will assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues when possible.
