Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to qualify for a refund.
Return Eligibility: To be eligible for return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing components may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or custom-made products cannot be returned. If no such restrictions apply to your purchase, standard return terms apply.
How to Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@furniturearc.com or +1 917-969-4797 within 30 days of delivery. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Standard returns (change of mind, no longer needed, etc.): Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs or provide a prepaid return label. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for damaged items.
Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@furniturearc.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange for a replacement, refund, or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition due to customer handling beyond inspection.
