Furniturearc stands behind the quality of our products. This Limited Warranty outlines our commitment to addressing defects and damage.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Coverage: If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email info@furniturearc.com or call +1 917-969-4797 with your order number and clear photos showing the damage or defect.

We will review your claim and, if approved, provide one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the damaged or defective item at no charge
  • Full refund to your original payment method
  • Partial refund or store credit if you choose to keep the item with minor damage
  • Repair instructions or replacement parts if applicable

Return shipping for DOA items will be covered by Furniturearc. We will provide a prepaid return label or arrange pickup as appropriate.

Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a manufacturing defect after the 48-hour DOA window but within 30 days of delivery, contact us with details and photos. We will evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, or refund.

What Is Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper assembly
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to accidents or environmental factors
  • Items that have been modified or repaired by anyone other than Furniturearc
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product care instructions

Limitation of Liability: This warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund as described above. Furniturearc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product defects.
