Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your order. This policy outlines our cancellation procedures.
Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, contact us immediately at info@furniturearc.com or +1 917-969-4797 with your order number. We will make every effort to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee cancellation if processing or packaging has already begun.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days of placement. Orders placed after 6:00 PM CST are processed the following business day. The sooner you contact us, the better the chance of successful cancellation.
If we are able to cancel your order before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
After Shipment: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order leaves our facility.
If you no longer want the order after it has shipped, you have two options:
- Refuse delivery when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once received, minus any non-refundable shipping charges.
- Accept delivery and initiate a return within 30 days following our Returns and Refund Policy. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing: Approved cancellations and refunds are processed within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
